Q: How can I obtain copies of the quizzes by post?
A: By sending an SAE large enough to hold an A4 sheet together with a cheque for at least £2 payable to 'MIND' to: 'MIND Quizzes' c/o The Tobie Norris, 12 St. Paul's Street, STAMFORD, Lincolnshire PE9 2BE. You might also like to enclose a completed gift-aid form.
Q: What personal data do you retain?
A: I retain the email addresses which are passed on to me from JustGiving.com, and email addresses of people who email me. I do not retain any record of anyone's postal address after each quiz is completed. I do not pass on any personal data to any third party.
